As usual, we over extended our selves this past Thanksgiving. We were preparing for our second child so we took it easy as a small family. Everything was to be baked in one oven in our tiny kitchen that can barely fit two people. Needless to say, we really had to think about timing, oven temps, and prep time. Did some infographical planning in a notebook and then ported it over to Notion to get really specific where I held the links to all the recipes we’d be using.
Did I go too far? Probably. Did all the food come out on time, yes!
